A couple of months ago I read a brilliant article on “how dry skin brushing can boost both health and vitality” by Charlotte Watts. She explains that the aim of dry skin brushing is to move surface toxins and ‘energise’ the skin as well as stimulate the lymphatic system which has a detoxifying effect on the body.
Since then I have been regularly been brushing my skin before a shower and it has really been great. I can feel the difference as my skin doesn’t feel so dry and it does look a lot healthier.
