Pair of vases with beautifully hand painted flowers on opaline glass. We see a bouquet of pink, purple, orange, lilac, yellow, and white flowers, all rendered in a naturalistic style. The roses, daisies, and morning glory are marvelous! The leaves are painted in several shades of green. Made in the Louis-Philippe period of the 19th century, circa 1835. The artist used colored enamels to create this work of art.
