3 Antique Dutch Delft Blue & White Peacock Pattern Large Plates 18th Century

This set of three Dutch Delft blue and white large plates was made at De Vergulde Bloempot and De Klaaw in the Netherlands, circa 1790. The plates are hand-painted in deep cobalt blue with the celebrated Peacock pattern, one of the most enduring and recognizable designs in Dutch Delftware. At the center of each plate stands a vase overflowing with stylized flowers and fernlike leaves that radiate outward in a fan form, creating the distinctive silhouette that gives the pattern its name.
