VINTAGE CONDITION SHOP MORE VINTAGE BROOCHES Shop more vintage pins & brooches  ABOUT ART DECO 89 Art Deco 89 was a short-lived American costume jewelry line, apparently produced in Rhode Island in 1989 only. Founded by Larry Joseph (who previously had connections to the Hattie Carnegie jewelry company), the brand was built around high-quality reproductions of 1920s–30s Art Deco designs.  Typical materials included gold-tone alloys, enamel, lucite, rhinestones, and crystals.Because the company lasted for only about a year, the pieces are now rare and considered collectible.
